Welcome to FungiNetDB.
FungiNetDB hosts
more than 100 datasets from 18 different species including model organisms, fungal pathogens, mouse and human. These datasets were created by the
FungiNet consortium and are completed by public data from the
GEO database. FungiNetDB provides the possibility to browse through all experiments or
search for specific experimental details like organism and strain, treatment or experimental technique. For each experiment, statistical data are
available that can be visualized in tables or plots. Furthermore, differentially regulated genes can be displayed and filtered by using different
measures or statistical tests.
